We collect the following categories of personal data:

· Inquiry details: product categories of interest, destination market, estimated order size, target MOQ, shipment type, private-label interest, required certifications, shortlisted SKUs, and messages you send

We do not collect sensitive personal data (as defined under Section 26 of the PDPA) such as health data, financial account numbers, or biometric data.

All data transfers outside Thailand comply with PDPA Chapter 7 cross-border transfer requirements.

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy:

· Inquiry messages and email correspondence: retained in our email system for up to 3 years for sales follow-up and reference, and deleted thereafter unless they are part of an active commercial relationship

· Transaction records: 7 years as required by Thai accounting and tax law

We do not currently store inquiry submissions in a separate customer database; inquiry records live in our email system. You can request deletion at any time at privacy@superjthailand.com.

We use essential cookies and browser storage for site functionality — specifically a local storage entry that remembers your inquiry shortlist across pages. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies and storage in your browser settings; however, the shortlist will not persist between visits.

No transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but we follow industry best practices.

Our website is hosted on Vercel Inc. (USA) and uses Resend Inc. (USA) for email delivery. These transfers are made under appropriate safeguards consistent with PDPA Chapter 7. By submitting data through our website, you acknowledge this transfer.

Our services are directed at business professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 20 years of age (the age of majority in Thailand under the Civil and Commercial Code).
