Super J International Co., Ltd. is a food export company incorporated under Thai law (Civil and Commercial Code B.E. 2466 and the Foreign Business Act B.E. 2542), with its registered office at 77/135 Sinn Sathorn Tower, 32nd Floor, Krungthonburi Road, Khwaeng Khlong Ton Sai, Khet Khlong San, Bangkok 10600, Thailand.

Our website is intended for B2B (business-to-business) purposes. You agree to:

· Use the site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms

· Not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent inquiry information

· Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems

· Not use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or harvest content without our written consent

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these Terms.

All product listings, descriptions, and images on this website are provided for informational purposes only. Prices, minimum order quantities (MOQs), availability, and lead times are indicative and subject to change without notice. A binding contract is formed only upon issuance of a written Purchase Order and our written acceptance (Proforma Invoice or Sales Contract), not by use of this website or submission of an inquiry.

Submitting an inquiry (including any shortlisted SKUs, target MOQ, destination market, or other export details) through our website constitutes a non-binding expression of interest. We are not obligated to accept any inquiry or provide a quote. All quotes we issue are valid for 14 calendar days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated, and are subject to product availability and factory lead times.

All exports are subject to Thai export control laws, including the Export and Import of Goods Act B.E. 2522 and applicable food safety regulations under the Food Act B.E. 2522. Buyer is responsible for ensuring compliance with all import regulations, customs requirements, and food safety standards in the destination country. Super J is not liable for goods detained, seized, or destroyed due to the buyer's failure to comply with destination country requirements.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product photographs, and design — is the property of Super J International Co., Ltd. or its licensors and is protected under the Copyright Act B.E. 2537 of Thailand and international copyright conventions. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
